Google Scholar can be a great place to find scholarly articles. Increasing amounts of peer-reviewed research is being made freely available through Open Access journals. However, if you find an article through Google Scholar where the full text is not available for free, ask a librarian! We can get you free access to the article through our databases or interlibrary loan.
For best results while searching library databases or the catalog, remember to use only key words, rather than full sentences or phrases. Here is a sample of search terms:
